Mission :

Energy efficiency study:
- Preliminary analysis of the building’s energy consumption;
- Assessment of the potential for improving energy performance;
- Site surveys and surveys of users and managers;
- Development of a list of energy efficiency measures (EEM) ordered by type of cost;
- 3D modeling of the building;
- Simulation and development of energy balances showing the distribution of electricity and natural gas consumption
Drafting of water audit reports in accordance with BOMA-BEST requirements;
Accompaniment of the client within the framework of the BOMA BEST re-certification of the building, including the preparation of the documentation and its uploading on the BOMA-BEST portal;
Management of obtaining subsidies from the MERN (formerly TEQ).
