Mission :

Evaluation of the existing facility, review of existing documentation and development of a conceptual approach for the new system, for both the mechanical and electrical disciplines;
Developement of drawings and specifications for the modification and installation of the new electrical and mechanical systems;
Project Management :
- Technical coordination of all disciplines (architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural and ancillary systems);
- Construction supervision and monitoring for all disciplines;
- Management of changes and payments;
- Schedule and budget tracking;
- Coordination of the quality assurance team.
