Mission :
- Conduct site visits to assess the current condition of common areas and assets;
- Assess the progress and criticality of the deterioration of the various assets;
- Judging the conformity of the elements to the Quebec Construction Code (fire doors, seals, structural elements, sprinkler head layout, guardrails, etc.);
- Make recommendations on maintenance and repair needs and estimate the cost of the work.
Completed projects :
- 9950 Place de l’Acadie (193 units), presented to Condovision Gestion Immobilière Inc. in 2021 for inspection of the 16 floors, underground parking, mechanical rooms, locker rooms exterior spaces, roof and facades;
- 10150 Place de l’Acadie (157 units), presented to Condovision Gestion Immobilière Inc. in 2021 (now managed by Gestion Immeuble Élégance) for the inspection of the 14 floors, mechanical rooms locker rooms, exterior spaces, roof and facades;
- 500 de la Montagne (158 units), presented to Gestion Immeubles Élégance Inc. in 2021 for the inspection of a crack in the basement garage;
- 131 Chemin Bates (60 units), presented to Condovision Gestion Immobilière Inc. in 2020 for the inspection of three (3) units for excessive noise and vibrations coming from clogged dryer pipes;
- 5030 Hochelaga Street (one (1) storey commercial building), presented to Mr. Éric Boisvert in 2019 for inspection of mechanical, electrical, architectural and structural elements of the building;
- 2401 Brookfield Street (3 storeys), presented to the Syndicate of Co-ownership in 2019 for the inspection of the structural elements of the building;
- 1460 de l’Everest Street (2 floors), presented to the owner in 2019 for inspection of the basement where a water leak was detected;
- 1248 Hôtel-de-ville (198 units), presented to Condovision Gestion Immobilière Inc. in 2018 for inspection of a unit following water damage.
