Étienne Rogeau

Mr. Étienne Rogeau, engineer member of the OIQ and PMP-certified, has a wealth of experience in project management, engineering and construction management. Before founding NEOKA Project Services Inc. (“NEOKA”), he had the opportunity to work for large organizations and develop expertise that is both specialized and generalist. His unique background has notably enabled him to take on key responsibilities on several occasions, allowing him to be actively involved at all stages of major and complex projects. These projects have included both building and infrastructure projects in sectors such as institutional (hospitals), the pharmaceutical industry and clean technologies.

Mr. Rogeau is used to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously – and bringing them to fruition. It constantly requires him to deal with competing priorities and a variety of stakeholders. He has thus developed an effective leadership style based on full presence, organizational skills and technical knowledge.

Supported by the NEOKA team and its network of partners, he offers tailor-made project management and engineering services to meet its clients’ needs. It is also of capital importance for Mr. Rogeau to develop and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. So far he has had the opportunity to work in Canada, France, UK, Honduras and Japan. This sharpened his multicultural awareness as well as his ability to work with colleagues and clients from all walks of life. Quebec, his land of welcome since 2010, holds a special place in his heart.
